01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wosbet ("wosbet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wosbet website located at wosbet.asia and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, e-sports wagering, and Mix Parlay ("Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the wosbet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

To access the wagering and casino services on wosbet, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Rule: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one wosbet account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wosbet login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. All financial transactions on the wosbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. wosbet may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via eWallet and online banking are typically credited to your wosbet account within minutes of confirmation. wosbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Processing: wosbet targets a processing time of 1–2 hours for eWallet withdrawals following approval. Actual processing times may vary based on verification requirements, network conditions, or circumstances outside wosbet's direct control.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account cashier. These amounts are subject to change.
• No Liability for Third-Party Delays: wosbet accepts no responsibility for delays in the processing of funds attributable to third-party financial service providers.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the wosbet platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules which are published within the relevant section of the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission unless specifically provided for under wosbet's in-play or cash-out features where available.
• wosbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was already concluded at the time of bet placement, or where it is evident that the odds were published in error.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the correct odds at the time of bet placement, wosbet reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or void the affected bets.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at wosbet's discretion. Bets placed before suspension are settled according to the rules applicable to the relevant market.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are subject to change without prior notice.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, wosbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all wosbet promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• wosbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an active promotion, or refuse participation in a promotion to any user who wosbet has reason to believe is abusing the promotional system.
• Participation in more than one account in order to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying games, and expiry dates for each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion terms, which form part of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you shall not engage in any of the following conduct while using the wosbet platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform without wosbet's prior written consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, colluding with other players, or employing any strategy designed to exploit errors in the platform's software or pricing systems.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or other location-masking technology.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with wosbet.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wosbet staff or other users via any support channel.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the wosbet platform — including but not limited to the wosbet brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of wosbet or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wosbet content without prior written authorisation.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• wosbet provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• wosbet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if wosbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• wosbet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
